Terms of Use
By accessing or using Cognify, you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm authority to bind that organisation.
Cognify provides AI-powered tools for lesson planning, work generation, marking (including handwritten scans), quizzes, progress tracking, reporting, and integrations (e.g., Google Classroom, Moodle). All AI outputs are advisory and must be reviewed by teachers.
Teacher accounts must be created by individuals aged 18+. Students access the platform through teacher‑created accounts.
Users must maintain accurate account information and protect login credentials.
Users must not upload unlawful content, misuse AI tools, or attempt to access other users’ data.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Teachers remain responsible for final grading and feedback decisions.
We own all platform software and branding. Teachers retain ownership of uploaded materials.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We are not liable for indirect losses or academic outcomes resulting from AI outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
